The design embraces the dialogue between old and new—set against the district’s storied architecture while introducing a refined, forward-looking workspace. A curated palette of warm natural woods, classic stone surfaces, metal detailing, and subtle brutalist accents brings depth and character to the interiors, while sculptural lighting and tailored furnishings balance these heavier elements with a sense of polish and restraint.
